Peking University, September 4, 2020: As the autumn semester officially begins, thousands of newcomers are about to live and learn on the beautiful campus of Peking University. Welcome to join the PKU family! After the registration session, it's time for our new PKUers to start walking around and exploring the services available on campus. To help the first-year students fit in better and sooner, we are delighted to provide a list of guides covering essential school life demands. Click the pictures below to check out!

Study at PKU means you have access to a wide range of free software, including the Adobe Creative Suite and the Microsoft Office. Click the picture below and find out how to download them via this PKU Software Downloads Guide!

Know how to use the PKU Library might be a good start for you to study ahead of time, and position yourself for a smooth semester. Click the picture below and check out the PKU Library Guide!

A healthy mind leads you to excel academically as well as a healthy body. Wonder where to nurture your health on campus? Here's all you need to know about PKU canteens and their signature dishes. Click the picture below to find out more!

After your arrival at PKU, one of the most important things you will always carry with you is your student ID card, known as the "校园卡" in Chinese. This card is a campus and library pass, a way to get discounts and, of course, a payment method at on-campus cafeterias and shops. However, the question is where and how to put money on your card and finally start using it. We're here to help! Click the picture below to explore more!

The PKU Retail and Service Guide provides information on campus services you may need, including bookstores, banking, mail delivery services, telecommunications services, convenience stores, printing service, cafes, and other services. Check it out by clicking the picture below!

Good luck to you all, and hope you enjoy your time at PKU!
