Peking University, March 13, 2024: Amid the vibrant buzz of Peking University (PKU)'s campus, over 160 student associations and clubs embarked on a two-day involvement fair in front of the PKU Hall earlier this month, heralding a new wave of recruits with flair and fun.



This semestral fair was not merely about distributing pamphlets and delivering promotional talks, it was a heartfelt exhibition featuring calligraphy, magic, and even table tennis, allowing students to dive into the rich tapestry of PKU's society life.



Each club at PKU harbors hidden talents. For instance, the Ice Hockey Team/Club faced off against the Belarus President's Hockey Team last December, the Chess Association boasts a world champion, and the Diving Association holds the authority to award coveted international diving certifications.

"Every poster brimmed with creativity! The ingenuity and dedication poured into each was truly touching," Tong Yu, from the School of New Media, reflected with admiration. She spent an earnest two hours touring each booth, finding herself especially drawn to the handmade posters of the clubs.  


    
Vicky Deng, a core member of the Diving Association, passionately shared the club's upcoming diving ventures, highlighting their professional guidance: "It was incredibly exciting to see and talk to so many peers with similar interest!" she exclaimed. 


Indeed, PKU isn't just an academic haven; it's also a playground of interests. Here, every student finds a tribe that resonates with their passions, and the event is their drum call to adventure and belonging.
