Peking University, Nov.27, 2015: On November 19, the exposition of Education Abroad Program organized by the Office of International Relations was successfully held in Yingjie Overseas Exchange Center.
Vice President of PKU Li Yansong Communicating with the StaffAbout 30 universities, embassies and other education institutes gathered in this exposition and provided students with information of the exchange programs, such as the credit system and the scholarships. The main panel held at the Sunshine Hall of Yingjie Overseas Exchange Center. The expo also included the briefing sessions of exchange programs and summer school programs.
In the briefing sessions, representatives of different institutions from Holland, France, Germany, etc., introduced their major departments and foreign program policies. Apart from official representatives, some international students now learning at PKU also offered many details about application, accommodation, and courses, etc.

Background info:
Education Abroad Program (EAP) aims at constructing an information platform for students who intend to study abroad, offering them long-term or short-term exchange opportunities, enabling them to have wider international view in various education backgrounds. So far the Office of International Relations has conducted more than 100 regular exchange programs and about 30 regular summer/winter programs. About 700 students have taken the exchange programs through EAP in this academic year (2015).
