Peking University, March 31, 2019: On March 26 , Suroj Supava, vice director of Shirilaj Hospital in Thailand, visited Peking University Third Hospital with the hospital staff delegation. During the visit, two hospitals exchanged their views on hospital management. As a result of the productive dialogue, both sides were glad to further cooperate in the future.
At the symposium, Jin Changxiao, party secretary of Peking University Third Hospital, firstly gave a welcoming speech. Following that, Wang Jianquan, vice president of Peking University Third Hospital, gave a basic introduction about this hospital. Thereafter, other PKU Third Hospital staff introduced to the delegation the electronic medical record (EMR) and online diagnosis system promoted by Peking University Third Hospital. The Traditional Chinese Medicine Department also shared with the delegation the basic situation and achievement in combining the advantages of both Chinese and Western medicine, which piqued their great interest. At the end of the symposium, the two sides exchanged gifts with each other.
Later, the delegation visited various departments of Peking University Third Hospital, including Traditional Chinese Medicine Department, Ophthalmology Department, Cardiology Department, Clinical Skill Center, etc.. From this visit, the delegation from Shirilaj Hospital got a more comprehensive understanding about Peking University Third Hospital.
