PUHS doctor elected chair of ITI Leadership Development Committee

Peking University, May 9, 2019: Dr. Chen Bo of Peking University Hospital of Stomatology (PUHS) was elected on April 14 Board member of the International Team for Implantology (ITI) and Chair of the organization’s Leadership Development Committee (formerly known as Scholarship Committee). Dr. Chen was the first Chinese and also the first Asian doctor elected to the post, and the sixth PUHS employee who served on prominent positions in international organizations.
At the signing ceremony
Dr. Chen’s election is seen as a manifestation of the rising stature of PUHS in the academic community. So far the PUHS has signed memorandum of understanding on cooperation with 47 overseas hospitals of stomatology, established four international training centers, and produced over 30 foreign practitioners.
