Biography：
Mr. Jiang is a board member of the Global Times English edition, China's second national English newspaper that was established in 2009. He has covered various beats ranging from high-level visits, major political news, national defense, public security to work safety and civil affairs in his journalist career. Before joining in the Global Times, he also acted as the vice editor in chief of the Olympic Village newspaper during the games in 2008.
