Abstract:
Computable General Equilibrium (CGE) model is a powerful tool for economic forecasting and policy effect analysis. It has been widely used in finance and taxation, finance, international trade, industry and regional economy, environment, energy, climate change and other fields. Econometric analysis includes the influence of random factors into the analysis, so the conclusions obtained are different in probability. The most important success of CGE is to connect all economic sectors and industries through economic constraints, so that empirical, relatively stable and accurate prediction can be made based on past economic structures and connections.
