Abstract:
The 04 edition of Exchange Cafe, organized by the Office of International Relations at Peking University, invited 6 students from China, Greece, Italy, and France, who, under the guidance of 3 Peking University professors, will use simple and engaging language, with distinct case studies, to focus on the contradictions faced in preserving and developing cultural heritage in modern society. They will explore the significance of civilizational dialogue and mutual learning from a global perspective, while reflecting on how digital empowerment brings new vitality to human traditions and historical legacies. From history to the present, looking toward the future, let's engage in a multidisciplinary discussion. Let's explore Dunhuang, visit Egypt, and discover the Aegean! Come, embrace the world!
