Belarusian student at PKU recalls community building amid COVID-19 in China

Ekaterina Kaligaeva, a Yenching scholar at Peking University, says that both Chinese teachers and students are heroes in the fight against COVID-19. As a student volunteer, she was deeply involved in tasks such as facilitating PCR tests and coordinating with the international student's office. With the collective efforts of teachers and students, Chinese schools organized the Gaokao - the Chinese college entrance exam - smoothly in 2022, and a strong sense of community has been built.
