Peking University, Oct. 26, 2018: On the evening of October 21th, the Theme Moive Li Baoguo was screened at Peking University. Before screening the movie, Chai Zhen, director of Organization Department met with the creators. 

The film tells the story of Li Baoguo, a famous forestry experts and a professor of Hebei Agricultural University. With the science and technology, he and his students take 35 years to help farmers get rid of poverty, which showed the zeitgeist of responsibility of every generation. At the end of the film, Lu Chao, the student of Li, inherits the spirit of Li Baoguo and contributes himself to the countryside. 

In the following interactive session, the creators shared their insights and ideas with audience. Scriptwriter Qu Shifei said, in order to make a real character and strong storylines, they spent a lot of time to interview acquaintances of Li Baoguo in the countryside of Hebei Province. Director Zhao Qi said they did know the difficulty of Theme Movie shooting, but it was worthy of doing it. 

Famous actor Lin Yongjian said, "I don't know the script and the whole team, but I agree to join them. People particularly the youth should always remember how great and how hard that  a person could spent 35 years in the countryside to help others even without complaining."
