Peking University, June 18, 2024: In observance of International Children’s Day, the unveiling ceremony of the Children's Medical Center of Peking University First Hospital (PKUFH) and the signing ceremony of the Daxing Pediatric Specialty Alliance of PKUFH were jointly held in the PKUFH's Daxing campus.

The two landmark ceremonies not only symbolize that PKUFH has taken new and solid steps in the field of pediatric medicine but also demonstrate PKUFH’s strong commitment to actively promote the integration and optimization of pediatric medical resources in the region and to provide higher quality medical services for children in a wider area.


After the ceremonies, PKUFH organized various activities for Children's Day. One of the activities included an award ceremony for children's artwork focused on pediatric healthcare environments, titled "Art Healing & Care for Children." Following a professional evaluation, a few outstanding paintings were chosen, and the winning children received their prizes from He Lixin, the secretary of the CPC Committee of the School of Architecture and Urban Planning at Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture, and Jiang Yuwu, the director of PKUFH Children's Medical Center.

PKUFH has been actively promoting the allocation of high-quality medical resources. In the future, PKUFH will continue to innovate service models, enhance service quality, and ensure a stronger guarantee for the healthy growth of children. Additionally, it will collaborate closely with the Daxing Pediatric Specialty Alliance to collectively advance pediatric medicine in the region and contribute significantly to children's health.
