President of China Medical Board Visits Peking University Health Science Center

Peking University, April 7, 2025: Harvey V. Fineberg, President of China Medical Board (CMB) recently visited Peking University Health Science Center(PKUHSC), along with his delegation including Li Wenkai, CMB Chief Representative in China, and Zhu Ziyu, Program Manager at the Beijing Representative Office of CMB. They were received by Qiao Jie, Executive Vice President of Peking University.
Touring the various medical lecture buildings and laboratories at PKU, Fineberg gained an in-depth understanding of the history and disciplines of PKUHSC. The two sides also had a series of discussions on deepening China-US cooperation in the medical field.
Founded by the Rockefeller Foundation in 1914, CMB has been dedicated to improving public health in China and Southeast Asia through research and education in various fields of medicine. As one of its closest partners, PKUHSC has been cooperating with CMB over many years on a number of projects, making great progress in teaching and research.
